Happy Halloween!

Addie made the cutest little bumble bee on Halloween!  She was so excited to dress up and wear her costume.  We took her trick-or-treating around the neighborhood.  First stop was Grandma Julie's house where Addie got a few candies and some Pringles (this girl loves salty food!). Then we went around to a few other houses.  She was a little hesitant at first, but by the end of the night she was running up to doors and saying, "Treat!"  She couldn't quite say the entire "trick or treat."  We stopped at neighbor Jim's house where Addie got one of her favorite pretzle sticks, as well as Laura and Lindsay's house.  Lindsay as usual had an entire bag of goodies for Addie - a Minnie Mouse princess hat, a Halloween Winnie the Pooh bear, some shoes, and a doll.  Needless to say, Addie did not want to come home that night...she kept saying, "more, more, more" pointing to all the houses on our block.  She also had her first taste of chocolate - a 100 Grand candy bar and loved it!

During the day we took Addie to the Sarasota Children's Garden for their Halloween festival. The Children's Garden has several small gardens based on children's books. Addie had a blast playing on everything, especially the Hobbit fort.
