Merry Christmas 2012

Well, here I am almost 6 months behind again! :)  Hopefully someday I will get caught up with the blog.

We had a fun Christmas celebration in Sarasota. The Baumberger side of the family was all here, plus Grandma Kristi. We celebrated Christmas Eve at Grandma Julie's house with the traditional soups, meat and cheese platters, and Christmas cookies. On Christmas morning, Addie was so excited to open her gifts and look through her stocking. We had Christmas dinner at our house and spent the day relaxing.

Addie definitely was in the spirit of Christmas. She loved decorating the tree and wrapping gifts. She made her own gifts for family members - spice mixes - and had so much fun handing them out to everyone. She of course received lots of wonderful gifts. Some of her favorites were a Minnie Mouse play set from Great Grandpa and Grandma Munger, extravagant car garage from Grandpa Pat and Grandma Julie, princess art set from Adam and Kellie, and the "ball that gets big" and doll house from Santa.

During the holidays, we went to our first family Polo Match - so much fun!

Addie also attended her first ballet with Grandma Julie and me. We saw the Nutcracker, well, only the first half. Addie was pretty scared of the mice and was ready to leave after the first half.  She does love the Nutcracker ballet music and her Nutcracker book!

Addie went to Magic Kingdom with Uncle Jordan and me - she thought it was so much fun to go to Disney with him!

Addie went to the Jungle Gardens Holiday of Lights with Grandma Kristi, Jay, and me.  She loved the lights and decorations, and even was invited to sing a Christmas carol with the band doing the entertainment!

Addie also performed in her first preschool program at Forty Carrots!
